Native wood and Nipa building set next to a sea side cliff with a view overlooking the Azure blue Bohol sea that is clear and tranquil on most days and very safe to swim in. Setting is rife with colourful and beautiful wildlife. *** We now also have guaranteed Solar power system from August 2024 onwards so no more brown outs! *** Guaranteed Internet.
Stairs going down to the sea is ready to use.
Our family in the Philippines look after and manage the property we are based in UK and help co-ordinate travel arrangements as much as we can remotely!
Close by to some amazing amenities and the Islands first proper water park for Children with six slides. The area is not as developed as other parts of the Island so is quiet and peaceful. Some very good restaruants less than 15mins drive. Fish markets very close by and often fishermen sell locally by coming around.
