However, I have always felt a pull to return to my childhood home in Albay, Philippines which not surprisingly, has also charmed my American husband. This townhouse is our first step towards fulfilling that desire. As a frequent traveler, I have developed a list of requirements for high-quality, budget-friendly accommodation. My goal is to provide guests with the same level of cleanliness, amenities, and service that I expect for myself. I welcome the discerning traveler to stay at our property and help us elevate your travel experience in the place I am going home to. Our townhouse is a value-add to the natural beauty of Legazpi City, Albay and its surrounding areas. The perfect cone Mayon Volcano is just a gaze away, and the sea is a short 15 minute drive! I would love to meet you when there is an opportunity! Otherwise, I have a team that will be on hand to assist within a reasonable time if a need arises.
Our townhouse is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood adjoining the La Piazza Hotel and Convention Center. It is about 2 kms from SM Legazpi and Ayala Mall and the seaside Legazpi Boulevard where you can jog, meditate or socialize in the nearby roadside eateries. Public tricycles are plentiful along the main road Imelda Roces Ave. A walk further down the road to Lakandula Dr. will get you access to Public Jeepneys.
