quiet and clean studio flat @ 101 Newport Blvd Cluster 2 East Wing. Located in a residential condominium building (Not a hotel). so please do not expect a hotel-like accommodation. toiletries are only provided upon request. the unit is only cleaned after check out and before check in of a new guest. So please keep the place tidy during your stay as it will not be cleaned everyday. It’s a home away from home not a hotel.
Great for travellers for short stays or who just wants a place to stay overnight so you won’t miss your early morning flight.
guests will be greeted by my unit manager/caretaker at the lobby of the building on the day of check in. So you need to confirm the time of your arrival in the property so she can properly handed over you the unit and its keys.

Peaceful and walking (around 15mins) distance to NAIA Terminal 3 via Runway Manila bridge with great restaurants nearby. Located at the 10th floor of 101 Newport Boulevard East wing. There’s a 24hr McDonalds in the neighbourhood so not to worry if you get hungry in the wee hours of the morning. Or you can cook your own meal as we provide basic cooking essentials.
