Im a 42 year old father of 2. I don't live in this house but am frequently there as i work just 5 min away. I love travelling and often travel with my family. Im a neat freak and have hobbies ranging from fashion to cars. Id love to meet new people and welcome everyone to our historic town of San Juan.

Property information

Located at the center of the metropolis. My place "the leaf house" is a 5 min walk away from the main street which houses banks, hair salon, sari sari store(neighborhood mini grocery) and a local famous spa. it is located in the historic town of San Juan where the first shot of the civil war between the filipinos and the spanish took place. A Museum (13 minute walk) is open to the public and is frequented by schools for their field trip. San Juan is also home to the famous Greenhills shopping Center. a cluster of buildings selling everything from trinkets, souvenirs, clothes, movie houses, 2 starbucks , electronic goods and all types of cuisines. a 10min walk to ride the g liner or RRCG bus ( usd .28 cents) 15min ride will get you there. Rows of restaurants and bars are a jeepney ride away ( usd .16 ) a 5 min walk to ride. 3 min walk to jose abad santos st. this area is a jeepney ride away from greenhills shopping center. If staying in is your cup of tea, we have restaurant menus available so you can call and order food from the nearby places. halo halo, chinese, filipino dishes are available.

located in a a peaceful and Quiet neighborhood, it is a stone throws away from the main road. A Sari Sari store ( mini neighborhood grocery )is a must visit to experience local life. it is a 5 min walk away. Go to The greenhills shopping center for the tiangge ( local bazaar ). Go to the local church, pinaglabanan church or the Sanctuario del santo cristo to hear massor witness a filipino wedding. its just 1.1km away Ahavia spa is a local favorite for a relaxing massage after a long day. a branch is located just a 13 min walk from our place. prices start at just usd 13 - 20 ! The san juan mini park a place where locals sit and chat.
