If you want to be staying in the city but still wants to have a peaceful stay, then this is the perfect stay for you. The property has a balcony with pool and garden view from the 7th floor. You can also cook in the kitchenette, bake in the oven toaster provided, make smoothies with the blender, play board games like snakes and ladders and jenga, and do your laundry which you can hang at the L-shaped balcony. The property has a hot shower, complimentary wifi and cable TV. As the first guests of the property, there will be freebies such as random Filipino snacks, oatmeals, facial cleanser and Cebu souvenirs. The property also provides unlimited black coffee, creamer and sugar and a few sachets of tea and chocolate. You won't need to buy your bathroom essentials as the property already provides unlimited bodywash, shampoo and conditioner, 3 tissue rolls and fresh towels. There is also a first aid kit and a telephone incase of emergency.

The property is located in Mivesa Garden Residences which is in the city but on the peaceful side. Just a few minutes of walk, there's JY Mall and lots of restaurants and stuffs. It is also a few minutes ride to IT Park where everything is there and an easy access to Cebu's city tour.
