Cool off in our swimming pools. For the adventurous, why not become acquainted with the abundant underwater sea life and many beautiful corals. The Villa provides a peaceful location for you, your friends and family to take a quite break from your busy days. it’s suitable for Birthdays, Family Reunions, Team Building & Weddings. The Villa is “Self Catering” with fully equipped "Open Plan" Kitchen - Dinning - Living areas. However if you prefer to eat out there are restaurants nearby offering local and international cuisine.
Having spent most of my working life in the Hospitality industry, I'm now putting all those years of experience back into my own Villa rental. The Villa is our family home which we rent out when we're not able to visit.
Villa del Nico is located 9km north of Pagudpud town centre at With over 60 meters of secluded private unspoilt beach frontage, you may rest assured that you will not be disturbed by locals or neighbouring resorts
