a cozy 2 story house with a lot area of 40 square meters. Located in Block 15 Lot 3 Navona Subdvision Calawisan Lapu-lapu City Cebu.
With amenties like 32 inch android tv with youtube and also netflix subscription the family or friends or couple can enjoy.
With gas range so that the guest can cook home food.
With an electric coffee maker, a rice cooker.
I am an IT professional with a wonderful wife and 3 kids. I can easily attend to guests queries anytime during their stay I a live in Astana Subdivision alongside Navona Subdivision.
Neighboors are will educated and professional and friendly.
Guests can easily approach the neighboors with comport and safety.
There is a small store in front where they sell food, snacks, and drinks. Beer too. :)
