A cozy rooftop (3rd floor) residence in the heart of the city, located near the National Highway and main roads. Very easy to go around to the city: - SM General Santos is 1km away - Plaza Heneral Santos is 850m away - Jacob's Breadnuts is 240m away - Brew Culture is 170m away and many more. Inclusive of: • Airconditioned Room • Beds good for 6 persons – 4 single beds, 1 double bed • Convertible sofa beds to accommodate additional 3 more persons • Complete kitchen, dining and entertainment
I am an outdoor person who loves camping and hiking. Hitting the local MTB trails for my enduro and down country biking is one of my favorite activities.
We are located near the Philippine National Highway and main roads of the city. It is very easy to go around within the city with the local transportation where we are near to these places: - SM General Santos is 1km away - Plaza Heneral Santos is 850m away - Notre Dame of Dadiangas University is 450m away - Jacob's Breadnuts is 240m away - Brew Culture is 170m away and many more nearby places to hangout, chill and eat. The place is 3 Storey Building at Champaka Street. The building ground floor has a landmark of Octal Engineering and Jireh Ropa Spa. The building is also fronting Pizzahan restaurant. From the place, you can go around the city plaza (Plaza Heneral and Oval Plaza) and SM Mall either by walking (less than 1km away) or ride a tricycle at a minimum fare.
