A chalet-style wooden Holiday Home available in north-west Poland’s beautiful Lubuskie lake district. The house is one and a half kilometres from the village of Chycina and just 20 to 35 minutes by car to the local towns of Międzyrzecz, Lubniewice or Swiebodzin which have shops and dining opportunities etc.. The cities of Gorzów (to the north) and Zielona Góra (to the south) are one hour from us and the city of Poznan (nearest airport), less than two hours to the east, are all worth a visit. There are many things to do and see in the local area and a lot of different items of specific interest ranging from relaxing to up to 8 hour underground tours of Hitler's Ost Wal (East Wall) WWII defensive bunker system, known locally as the MRU (Międzyrzecki Rejon Umocniony or Międzyrzecz Fortified Region). Our lake is one of a chain of lakes connected by canals. Access is possible to the local river system. The more adventurous can navigate through incredibly beautiful and unspoiled countryside all the way to the local town and beyond. Designated signed kayak, walking and cycling routes are waiting for you! Please note, we do not provide guests with bath towels so guests are requested to bring their own. We do, however, provide Kitchen Towels and Hand Towels.

The Lubuskie Lake District is a beautiful area which enjoys its own micro climate offering the best weather in Poland. The area is unspoiled and retains its natural, well-preserved and beautiful charm, a slice of real Poland. There is much to do and see, from the WWII underground bunker system with 34 km of tunnels, to swimming in the lake or walking in the forest, birdwatching, cycling, relaxing, canoeing/kayaking, fishing or hunting for wild mushrooms. Explore churches from the 17th century and castles including a Templar castle and settlements and Międzyrzecz castle which dates back to the 9 th century and its nearby museum. There is Bowling, a swimming pool, a cinema, horse riding and other such ameneties locally.
