In addition, from the living room there is an exit to a loggia closed with large sliding windows. The price of the flat also includes a private outdoor parking space next to the building. The flat can comfortably accommodate 4 people. There is a large 160x200cm bed in the bedroom and a fold-out corner sofa in the living room. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, the kitchen is also equipped with kitchen accessories, crockery, pots, glasses etc. Amenities available in the flat such as: - hairdryer - towels - iron and ironing board - clothes dryer - electric kettle The flat is located on the estate Morskim in close proximity to the junction of the road S6 Koszalin North (about 1km) and direct exit to the seaside town of Mielno. In the immediate vicinity there is a Stokrotka and Żabka shop, pharmacy, bar, hairdressers, post office and clinic. Further away is CH Vendo Park (2km) and CH OtoPark (4km) as well as Galeria EMKA (approx. 2.5km). In the rental price, for the duration of your stay, we provide our guests with two mountain bikes (refundable deposit required) and, for an additional fee, a detached garage in a row of garages on the estate (approx. 200m from the flat). Koszalin is a cycle-friendly city, an extensive network of cycle paths has been built in the city and its surroundings (still under construction all the time). It is possible to cycle safely around practically the whole city and visit most of the nearby attractions.

- Mielno beach - access from the flat takes about 15 min by car (less than 12 km) and less than 40 min by bike on a dedicated cycling path directly from the housing estate to the beach itself. - Jamno Lake Jetty from which you can take a cruise ferry (Julek) directly to Mielno - it takes about 12 min by car or about 25 min by bike, also on a bicycle path about 7 km (you can take a bike on the ferry). - Mount Chelmska and the sanctuary visited by Pope John Paul II - 12 min by car or 25 min by bike (7km) - Next to the Sanctuary there is an observation tower from which you can admire the panorama of Koszalin and recreational areas for children and adults. - There is also the Koszalin Water Park with its recreational areas as well as the Koszalin forest with its numerous paths for joggers and cyclists - 8 min by car, 15 min by bike. - In high season, the Koszalin Narrow-Gauge Railway is also in operation (access 6 min by car or 9 min by bike), which takes you to the village of Rosnowo, where there is a popular swimming pool. - Hortulus theme gardens in Dobrzyca (25km). - A great attraction is a cycling route along the coastline (Velo Baltica) which can be reached directly from the flat via Mielno to the town of Kołobrzeg (a total of 40km one way) - riding this route, in many places, we pass practically by the beach itself observing the picturesque coastal landscapes. - For cycling fans, there is also a cycle path directly to the popular seaside town of Darłówko (approx. 40 km one way).
