Położony w samym sercu Jeleniej Góry apartament o powierzani 56m2 z urokliwym zadaszonym balkonem z hamakiem znajduje się w zabytkowej kamienicy z oryginalnymi elementami wystroju klatki (wahadłowe drzwi i elementy ozdob ściennych) około 3 min spaceru od ścisłego centrum, lokali gastronomicznych i Placu Ratuszowego. Stylowo urządzony apartament, z zachowanymi oryginalnymi elementami budownictwa, składająca się z przestronnego salonu wyposażonego w Smart TV i rozkładana duza sofę, oddzielną przestronną kuchnie, sypialnie z oryginalną odsłonięta cegłą oraz łazienki z prysznicem, wc oraz pralką i urokliwym balkonem z hamakiem. Dostępne są miejsce parkingowe na ulicy jednokierunkowej (strefa płatnego parkowania) lub parking dla jednego samochodu około 5 min spacerem od apartamentu.
