Spacious duplex apartment located on the third floor of a 3 floor residential building (built in 2017) in Wałbrzych. The apartment features two floors, each with its own bathroom, two double beds, and an additional single bed on the upper level. Enjoy scenic views of the Trójgarb viewing tower and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. A private parking space for a passenger car is included in the gated car park for added convenience and security. The building does not have a lift.
