The apartment is located in a beautiful 120-year-old tenement house in the city center. The property has an ideal location in a very safe area with city cameras that cover the tenement house and the entire parking lot 🅿️ along Lubelska Street. Within 100 meters there are a number of restaurants where you can taste many culinary cultures. RESTAURANTS: Gęsie Sprawki - a great restaurant with an amazing atmosphere, beautiful brick decor, and top-level cuisine, where the revolutionary was carried out by Ms. Magda Gessler. The restaurant menu is in each of our apartments, the guest can order a full menu to the apartment. 😁 Dunka - Ukrainian Restaurant (Delicious 😋) Panda 🐼 Wok - Asian Kwiat Paproci - Modern Pizzernia Sto Piątka - Huge sizes of pizza. KETO Cafe - 😋 DELICIOUS WITHOUT SUGAR. Tutorials Imbryk - everything you want (delicious) Rolling Suhi - Great place, great Suhi 😋. A row of kebabs - on Łuczkowskiego Square itself 4 kebabs. Euphoria - night club 🕺🪩 Atmosfera - night club, cool place 30+ 👍 On the ground floor of the tenement house where the apartments are located there is a Żabka store 🐸 open from 07:00--23:00 🤗. The tenement house is the pearl of the city, located at Edward Łuczkowskiego Square, Market Square, Well, Promenade. One of the most beautiful tenement houses in Chełm, according to many famous people, (the most beautiful). The tenement house has a beautiful history, it was designed and built as the first Hotel in Chełm. The apartments are of a high standard, very bright and with a beautiful view. The staircase itself makes a huge impression, where fully metal stairs, colorful shop windows, and beautiful photos of old Chełm have been preserved to this day. In the winter, there is an ice rink on the square ⛸️ The apartment is freshly renovated, in a modern style with a beautiful view of the entire panorama of the city and a beautiful sunset 🌅 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨. The apartment always has fresh coffee, tea and G/N water.

The apartment is located on the second floor with one of the most beautiful views of z The city and Wages of Edward Łuczkowski. In the basement of the tenement house there is a restaurant known to the whole city "GĘSIE SPRAWKI", where the revolutions were carried out by Magda Gesler 🔪🍴🍽️. In the tenement house there is a ŻABKA store open until 11:00 Within a radius of 100 meters from our tenement house there are objects, i.e. -Basilica of the Blessed Virgin Mary -Church of Sending the Holy Apostles -Orthodoslavic Church - Euphoria nightclub - Nightclub Atmosphere - Fern flower cafe - Cafe teapot - Cafe we roll (Suhi) - Dunka Restaurant - Children's playroom (fantasy) - Pharmacy pharmacy - All-day store - Hairdresser D/M - Florist - Bieluch's Spirit Underground
