Apartament Słoneczny. Możliwe prace wykończeniowe w innych apartamentach. W strefie basenowej obowiązuje regulamin.
Położony nad rzeką Dziwną. 15 min spacerem do plaży trasą wzdłuż wspomnianej rzeki. Na terenie obiektu plac zabaw, a nieopodal, około 100 m boisko do siatkówki, koszykówki. W okresie zimowym lodowisko. 50 metrów do sklepu Dino.
