The area of the estate is closed and fenced. A small grocery store is located 200 m away from the apartment. Moreover, there is a huge Shopping Mall BRONOWICE with shops, restaurants and cafes only 500m away . The apartment is well connected with the center. It is located only 250 m away from the bus stop, from where you can go directly to the center. Access from the BALICE airport takes 15 minutes by taxi or car and 30 minutes by public transport. It will take also 30 minutes to get to the railway station, to the Market Square and the CENTER by bus or tram. By car, it takes only 15-20 minutes. Because the apartment is maintenance-free, you can arrive at any time after 2.00 pm. Individual codes for the gates and apartment will be sent 24 hours before arrival.

The apartment consists of a large living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washer-dryer. Depending on the wishes of our guests, comfortable beds in the bedrooms can be prepared in any configuration and additionally in the living room there is a sofa bed. Of course, bed linen, towels and cleaning products in the bathroom are included. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are: electric cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, vodka glasses, pots, pans and cutlery. Coffee and tea are also available. When traveling with children, we provide: a travel cot / playpen and a high chair for feeding purposes. There are 2 large terraces available. There is also a free playground for children in the estate. The price includes fast wireless wi-fi and satellite TV. There is also a place for a car in an underground garage, located on level -1. Elevator makes moving between floors easier.
