Good access to Targi Kielce, Kielecki Park Technologiczny and S7 motorway. In walking distance: supermarkets, pharmacy, pizzeria and kebab shops. Very quiet green area with numerous playgrounds for children. On- and off-street free parking. Safe storage space provided to store bicycles or sports equipment.
