The "Albus" building is located on the first coastline. In addition to the close proximity to the sea, there is an Aquapark 150 meters away, as well as the newest part of the Świnoujście Promenada with its unique infrastructure and development, where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. "Albus" is a modern building offering fully equipped, elegant apartments of a high standard. Lovers of the proximity of the sea will certainly appreciate the picturesque path running along the building, leading directly to the peaceful entrance to the beach.

Within 2-3 minutes you can walk to numerous entertainment venues located on the promenade.
