In addition to the close proximity to the sea, about 100 meters away, there is the newest part of Swinoujscie Promenade with unique infrastructure and buildings, where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops, and an Aquapark.

A two-level apartment located in the most prestigious part of the seaside, in the spa district of Świnoujście, near the promenade at Juliusza Słowackiego 16, with a large fountain, beautiful pastel buildings typical of a seaside spa, with trees and benches. The apartment building is located only 200 meters from the sandy beach. The location of the apartment provides a unique sea microclimate and close access to a rich offer of year-round attractions. The location in a seaside district, filled with the best restaurants, cafes and numerous shops and a shopping center, provides access to various attractions and beautiful places on the map of Świnoujście. There is a promenade 100 meters from the apartment nearby, which invites you to take a walk! The abundance of greenery and relaxing recreational areas, numerous attractions and the proximity of the city center allow guests to fully enjoy the charms of Świnoujście.
