Platan Tower Baltic&More Apartments located on the 11th, 12th and 13th floor in the 49-meter "Platan Tower" skyscraper in Świnoujście are 2-room, modern and very stylish residences for non-smokers. All apartments offer a balcony with a beautiful view of the port of Świnoujście and the island of Uznam. Apartments with an area (approx. 60 m2) for up to 5 people equipped with: • 1 living room (flat-screen TV, fold-out sofa, armchair with additionally new, very comfortable mattresses) • 1 bedroom • 1 kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. • bathroom with shower, toilet (washing machine, hair dryer) • free WiFi Platan Tower was commissioned in January 2020 and is located in the Platan Complex estate surrounded by a charming plane tree park. The Polish-German border and the Baltic Sea are about 700 m away from the apartments. At the Platan Tower there is an outdoor playground loved by children. In the vicinity of the apartment there are popular shops such as Żabka Biedronka and LIDL, an indoor playground for children with a cafe for parents, tennis courts, a skatepark and the UBB railway station.

Swinoujscie is one of the largest bathing and health resorts on the Polish Baltic Sea. The center of Swinoujscie with its many new buildings, shops, cafés and restaurants invite you to stroll, feast and linger. If you want to discover something new, you should not miss taking a look at the harbor with the ferry dock, Poland's largest lighthouse or the 18th-century town hall. For a peaceful holiday, the sandy beach is the perfect destination. The beach in Swinoujscie has been awarded the blue flag (an international label for sustainable tourism, among other things) for the 10th time in a row.
