PARKING. No on-site parking is provided. Only paid parking spaces are available on the street. Fees apply from Monday to Saturdays (8AM-8PM). Card payment at a parking meter or via the Mobilet application. You can park for free otuside the paid parking zone tha ends on Przybyszewskiego street - about a 12-minute walk from the apartment. Secured parking with daily and hourly rates is located 500 meters from the apartment - 80 Dąbrowskiego street ### NO ELEVATOR. The apartment is located on the high ground floor (12 stairs). ### NO RECEPTION. All guests do self-check using door codes. Detailed check-in instructions are provided al latest the day before arrival. ### ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE - PLN 25 / person / night Payments should be done before the stay, to the account number or via blik or Revolut. ### ANIMAL FEE - PLN 15 per animal per stay. ### NO SMOKING. Smoking tobacco products is not allowed. Fine of PLN 100. ### Using the apartment for purposes other than accommodation requires the consent of the host.

Jeżyce is a district that has undergone its Renaissance in recent years. It is a popular place among young people, colorful and with open minds. The neighbourhood has become a real restaurant and vibrant area, serving fascinating dishes from all over the world. The very wide vege offer deserves attention. This place brings it all together. On the one hand, the proximity of the city centre, a wide range of shops and services, the main station, a market with fresh products, well-developed transport connections with other parts of the city. On the other hand, the proximity of green areas. In around 10 minutes you can walk to the extremely atmospheric Old Zoo park, which allows you to have a pleasant rest while communing with fauna and flora. At the same time, you will reach by bike or scooter Sołacki Park and Widziczka Park, and only 20 minutes is enough to reach the forest by the lake or in the botanical garden. The Poznań Palm House and Wilsona Park are just 2 bus stops away!
