The app access or a door code will be provided after receiving photos of the ID and selfie with the ID. Are you looking for a cosy 3-room apartment available for short-term rental? Do you want the area to be calm and quiet but with good communication and close to the centre? Do you want to rent an apartment with a garden, and you care about a high standard of finish? If you answered yes to these questions, this apartment is in a tenement house at ul. George Stephenson in Chełm is just what you are looking for. The apartment is 59 m2 divided into 3 rooms, kitchen, and bathroom after general renovation, equipped with new electronics and household appliances, i.e. TV, fridge and washing machine—everything you need for normal functioning during the rental. Finished to a high standard. All furniture in the apartment is new. The apartment is on the ground floor. It has high-speed Internet and a new TV set.
The area around the tenement house is decorated with lots of greenery. It has a terrace where you can admire the beautifully landscaped garden and relax with coffee or hot tea. You can rest on it using rattan furniture and listen to birds singing on the branches of numerous trees. The great advantage of this apartment is parking for your car. In the vicinity of the tenement house is a GAMA supermarket, where you can do more or less shopping without having to travel to the centre, which is still close, only a 2-minute walk. If you like good restaurants, you will find a sushi restaurant in the area and the renowned Lviv restaurant, which is only a 5-minute walk away. Pharmacies, clothing stores, and even the Chełm Culture Center are places in the immediate vicinity. You need about 50 minutes to get to the Lublin-Świdnik airport. The area is well connected; several dozen meters from the block, there is a bus stop and a railway station. Even if you don't have a car, you can easily get to any part of the city. Everywhere is close.
