Tomasz Lutkowski, the owner, is a multiple champion of international rank in winter swimming and open water. His latest victory was a bronze medal at 1000 m and a silver medal at 250 m at the IISA World Championship 2022, IISA World Championship 2023 on Samoens and bronzer and silver IISA World Championship 2025 in Molveno. If anyone wants to have fun in cold water or try winter swimming, it's the best address😉.

Property information

We offer you a four-room apartment with lockable rooms for 2, 3 and 4 persons. The apartment has a shared kitchen and two shared bathrooms. Each room has a refrigerator and 40-60 inch LED TV. There is a renowned pizzeria on the ground floor of the building, open from 12:00 - 22:00, and a key locker. The car park is suitable for cars up to 3,5 tons. For the comfort and safety of our guests, we have introduced: additional internal controls to verify the cleanliness of the rooms, thorough cleaning and disinfection with the utmost care, to ensure our guests comfort and safety (disposable towels, TV remote controls), regular airing of rooms and common areas, to ensure proper air circulation, all rooms are ozonated after our guests leave. We apply the highest standards related to the cleanliness and quality of washing bed linen and towels (washing at a minimum temperature of 60 degrees, drying in a dryer). We provide bed linen. Towels upon request.

Neighbourhood information

A quiet district of single-family houses, the so-called Poznan bedroom. Very good transport links to the city center - bus stop 2 min. walk from the apartment. Close to the airport and Wola train station. The apartment is located near the Kierskie and Strzeszynek lakes and green recreational areas. It is a perfect location for everyone who is looking for a safe, peaceful and comfortable place to stay.
