Das Haus befindet sich 180 Meter vom Slawskie See (von der Terrasse aus können Sie den See sehen), 300 Meter vom nächsten Strand und 1,5 km vom Zentrum der Gemeindehauptstadt Sława. Das Haus ist umgeben von anderen Einfamilienhäusern und schönen Wäldern, was eine Ruhe, schöne Ausblicke, saubere Luft und ein günstiges Mikroklima garantiert. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Zimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, zwei WCs, eine separate Küche, zwei Terrassen und einen großen Garten mit einem Grillplatz und einem Lagerfeuerplatz.
