I offer renting a summer house located in a quiet and peaceful area on Lake Ińsko - 100 meters to the lake - 500 meters to the city center and restaurants - 500 meters to the public beach, cinema, promenade - 300 meters to the nearby frog and ATM On the main public beach, it is possible to rent boats, bicycles, kayaks and mini electric yachts Out of concern for the environment, the house is made of natural wood, insulated with BIO insulation and has modern airtight windows. We care about the environment not only with the construction of the house itself but also with water, which is why the house is connected to an ecological sanitary installation that purifies the used water and gives it back to nature. - 6 beds: 2 beds and 1 sofa bed - duvets, pillows, sheets, bedding and towels are provided - parking spaces on the premises - the possibility of charging an electric car for an additional fee (euro plug and 3-phase 5p 16a) - the possibility of accommodation with a dog (max. 3 pcs.) payable additionally - 3 rooms: 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette - fully equipped kitchen: fridge, cooker, kettle, dolce gusto coffee machine, plates, pots, glass and cutlery - freshly built house completely new - fully furnished in each room, in the living room a flat-screen TV with 4 HDMI inputs and an HDMI cable - a house located on a plot fenced on each side, rich in apples and other fruits of mother nature - the possibility of lighting the grill - ultra-fast WiFi in the house and throughout the garden 300mbit / s - Mosquito nets on the windows to ensure a peaceful sleep
