The Grota Apartment is characterized by modernity, space, a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The property is on one level, the rooms and bathroom are large and the corridor is spacious. Perfect for families with small children, a lot of freedom in moving a pram. There is a parking lot with a lockable gate near the apartment, and there is a separate entrance to the property. APARTMENT REGULATIONS 1. The basis for the Guest's check-in is the presentation of an ID card or passport. 2. The hotel day lasts from 16.00 to 11.00. 3. Keeping a room after 1 p.m. is treated as an extension of stay. 4. The facility takes into account the wishes of extending the stay, subject to the availability of free rooms. 5. The guest should notify the owner of the damage immediately after finding it. 6. IT IS PROHIBITED TO PARTY AND GRILL IN THE FACILITY. 7. The facility is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a guest who was not in a guarded parking lot. 8. The hotel guest is financially responsible for any damage. 9. Each time when leaving the room, the Guest should close the windows, turn off the TV, cooker, turn off the light, and turn off the water. 10. A fee of PLN 50 is charged for losing the key to the facility. 11. A hotel guest may not transfer the room to third parties, even if the period for which he has paid the fee for the stay has not expired. 12. Guests registered in the apartment or other third parties do not have the right to conduct their business on the premises. 13. Smoking in rooms, corridors, staircases and bathrooms is FORBIDDEN. 14. Persons not registered at the hotel may stay in the hotel room from 7.00 am to 22.00 after prior arrangement with the owner. 15. 23.
