A modern 2-room apartment in one of the most beautiful housing estates in Łódź (Tobaco Park). Due to its location, it is ideal for both private trips (Atlas Arena, ZOO + Orientarium) and business trips (Łódź-Kaliska Railway Station, Manufaktura). The apartment is fully equipped with: washing machine, (real) coffee maker, 55 inch Smart TV in the living room. Fast Internet. Spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, oven, fridge with freezer, electric hob with pots and pans, a large number of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery. In addition, an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop, brush. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (140 cm wide), a two-chamber wardrobe and a bedside lamp. In the living room there is a large comfortable sofa bed (140 cm wide), Smart TV 55 inches. Table with chairs. Balcony.

The apartment is located in a beautiful estate (Tobaco Park) in the very center of Łódź. 20m - Żabka, 20m - tram and bus stop, 500m - Łódź-Kaliska Railway Station, 700m - Atlas Arena, 1km - ZOO + Orientarium, (10min by tram to the city center: Piotrkowska, Manufaktura, Galeria Łódzka). The botanical garden is a 10-minute walk, and the Poniatowski Park - 5 minutes.
