Miejsce polozone w lesie, ponad 17tys m2 ogrodzonego terenu z dostępem do jeziora Kałębie z pomostem dla gosci. Duża altana nad jeziorem dostępna dla gości z barem w środku do użytku gości. Palenisko do organizacji ogniska w bezpiecznym miejscu.
Około 200m od naszej lokalizacji jest ośrodek rehabilitacyjny Dobry Brat gdzie można zamówić obiady, masaże, skorzystać z dużej plaży z kawiarnią. Wypożyczyć kajaki lub rowery wodne. Zagrać w bilard lub ping ponga. Możliwość zorganizowania spływu kajakowego na rzece.
