Mała Toskania is a charming wooden cottage designed in a rustic, idyllic style, with an area of 80 square meters, consisting of a ground floor and an upper floor. The cottage is an ideal solution for a family or a group of friends, accommodating up to 6 people. Sleeping arrangements include two double mattresses and a pull-out sofa, with the option to add an additional single mattress. The ground floor features a beautiful, spacious terrace, a living room with a double pull-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, kettle), and a fully equipped bathroom (shower, toilet, washing machine). The upper floor consists of an open space with two double, extremely comfortable beds. The entire cottage is fully heated, making it cozy on chilly evenings. The property, which covers over 6,000 square meters, includes the cottage, an orchard, a meadow for relaxation, as well as a fire pit with benches and all the necessary amenities for enjoying evenings together by the grill.
Kawec is a small village nestled in the heart of the picturesque Beskid Wyspowy mountain range. The Mała Toskania property is situated within a century-old orchard that once formed the central part of a large manor estate, established in this area in the late 19th century. The key and unique feature of this location is the stunning panoramic view of the Tatra Mountains, making it an exceptionally distinctive place on the map of Małopolska, strikingly similar to the hills of the Italian Tuscany. The nearby area offers numerous hiking and tourist trails, wooden architecture routes, as well as various water attractions around the many reservoirs.
