KOBIELA APARTMENTS Dębowe Tarasy offers two or three-room apartments with a parking space in the underground garage. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace. The apartments are located in a closed, monitored and guarded Dębowe Tarasy housing estate, right next to the largest and best shopping center, Silesia City Center. The facility is very close to the Silesian Park, the city center, Spodek, the International Congress Center MCK, NOSPR and the Silesian Stadium. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility and all apartments have flat-screen TVs with access to applications such as YouTube, Netflix and cable TV. All apartments have an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and an oven or microwave with oven function. Some apartments have a washer/dryer. Each room is also equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, kitchen accessories, wine and vodka glasses. Guests can also enjoy free coffee and tea. Bed linen and towels are also provided. The apartments have a balcony overlooking the courtyard or the city skyline. The estate has a playground for children and a grocery store. In the apartments, guests check in independently, so it is possible to check in at any time. Check-in is possible from 15:00, but the property offers priority check-in at earlier times for an additional fee of PLN 30 for check-in at 2:00 p.m. or PLN 50 for check-in at 1:00 p.m. Even earlier check-in requires a reservation for the previous night. Check-out is possible until 11:00, however, guests can use the late check-out service for an additional fee of PLN 30 for check-out at 12:00 or PLN 50 for check-out at 1:00 p.m. Each priority check-in or late check-out requires the consent of the property owner.
