To miejsce było tworzone dla ludzi szukajacych odprężenia od codziennej rutyny : cisza i bliskosc natury - jeziora ( bezposredni, indywidualny dostęp do jeziora na szerokim tarasie), łąki, lasy Borów Tucholskich, a takze możliwość aktywnego spedzania czasu ( mnóstwo ścieżek rowerowych, łódka do dyspozycji) - pozwoli na odzyskanie spokoju i sil witalnych . Domek jest urządzony w taki sposób, że umożliwia znalezienie zarowno przestrzeni indywidualnych, jak i strefy wspólnej przy kominku, obszernym stole czy na tarasie .
Domek polozony jest w łąkach i lasku , 1 km od Świekatowa , gdzie można znaleźć wszelkie udogodnienia : dojazd PKP z Bydgoszczy, 3 markety, ośrodek zdrowia, apteka, a nad jeziorem, w pobliżu plazy - pięknie położona Karczma Wiejska, Dotarcie do lasu ( rozciągającego się kilometrami) zajmuje 15 minut piechotą, ścieżką rowerową ( otaczającą całe jezioro ) - ok.5 minut.
