Dom położony jest wśród zieleni w pięknym ogrodzonym osiedlu domów jednorodzinnych.
Na terenie znajduje się ogólnodostępny plac zabaw dla dzieci.
W odległości 5 min jazdy samochodem znajdują się dwie plaże.
Jedna piaszczysta z pełną infrastrukturą ( boiska do gry, restauracje, bary).
Druga trawiasta ale z plażą i pomostem oraz restauracją Leśny Zakątek, gdzie serwowane są pyszne dania, pizza, piwo i oczywiście lody.
