The apartment is located on 10 Lutego Street, one of the oldest parts of Gdynia, as well as the most representative central street. The apartment is part of the new apartment complex “Inwestycja Bank Polski 1929”. The 7-storey building is designed in a modernistic style, perfectly complementing the city architecture. The ground floor of the building has been arranged for services, along with a courtyard filled with greenery and recreational elements. There is also an underground parking lot in the building. The apartment is only 5-minute walk away from the main railway station, making it a perfect starting point to explore Tricity. The neighboring streets are also filled with many bus stops. By using public transport, Sopot can be reached in 20 minutes. The Baltic Sea is only 1 km from the accommodation, with amazing sandy city beach that can be reach by 15-minute walk. The apartment is located on the edge of the strict city center with many shopping and catering points. On the main city center street, Świętojańska, guests can enjoy atmospheric restaurants and cafes offering a wide range of marine specialties and world cuisines.
