PETE HOUSE is a year-round cottage located in a quiet and peaceful area on the outskirts of Ustrzyki Dolne with a beautiful view of the Bieszczady forests. An additional attraction are deer and roe deer, which often visit our area. The facility can accommodate up to 6 people. Inside there are 3 separate bedrooms on the first floor with an additional toilet. The ground floor includes a living room with a sofa bed (as a two-person extra bed) and a fireplace, an open kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower and a rain shower. The kitchenette provides an induction hob, oven, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. The equipment also includes a clothes dryer, hair dryer, iron, 55” TV, PS3 and free Wi-Fi. At our guests' disposal we have a large parking lot, grill, terrace, as well as plenty of space to relax and play outside. In Pete House you can feel safe, because the facility is fenced and the parking lot is monitored 24/7. The rental price depends on the number of people staying in our cottage and the date, it includes the cottage for exclusive use along with a set of bed linen and towels. In order to confirm the reservation, we require a 30% deposit. The remaining amount is paid by the Guest in cash on the day of arrival when collecting the keys. In the event of cancellation or shortening the period of stay by the Guest, the amount of the deposit and for the unused period is not refunded. We cordially invite you.
