The fine print
The cleaning fee is PLN 120 for up to 12 guests, for 13 guests and more it is PLN 160.
Up to 12 guests only ground floor with 3 bedrooms/12 places is available, from 13 guests or with additional fee agreed with the owner the first floor is also available.
Please inform Ranczo Dziki Sad in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of 300 zł is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
When staying at the property with children, please note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying.
