On behalf of the whole "5 Oaks Residence" we welcome you warmly and invite for an unforgettable adventure during your holiday visit. We will do our best to make your stay interesting, pleasant and enjoyable. For your convenience our Residence offers areas full of green with characteristic 5 oaks, with the most prominent "Wojtek" at its forefront. Our apartments of high standard in newly build construction offer comfortable, one-, two-, or three-person rooms, designed for ones willing to rest in comfortable and quite surrounding. Every room is provided with its own balcony, bathroom, fridge and access to the Internet. For family and business events we offer our restaurant for 70 people and conference room for 50.

5 Oaks Residence Międzyzdroje "Rezydencja 5 Dębów" aka "5 Oaks Residence" is a modern and comfortable residence located 180m from the Baltic Sea in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Polish beach resort Międzyzdroje. With own parking area, children playground and barbecue available to our guests. This unique residence surrounded by five old oaks creates an ideal atmosphere for leisure and family recreation. Międzyzdroje, thanks to its famous 'Promenade of Stars' is often called a 'Polish Cannes'. It is one of the most popular beach resorts in Poland. Located between the Western wide-beach of Świnoujście and cliff-front of the East, surrounded with forest areas of Wolin's National Park, seduces not only with its beautiful landscapes, but with unique microclimate and clean water as well, all year long.
