It has 2 floors, has 7 bedrooms each with 1 TV incl. and 6 bathrooms, a huge natural plot of 3000 square meters for sole use is also available. Here you can live quietly and the house is ideal for switching off. The Baltic Sea is only about 4 km, here you will find a spacious and clean beach. Karnice is the name of a village and the seat of a rural municipality in West Pomerania in the Gryficki district. Sights in the village are the church from the 15th Century. Activities nearby: Here the Baltic Sea is only about 4 km away, Niechorze / Host offers a very spacious and clean beach with very light, fine sand, here you can in beautiful weather enjoy the day. The main sights in Niechorze/Host include the lighthouse from 1866, the Sea Fish Museum and the Miniature Lighthouse Park. Local natural conditions have been known to active tourists for many years. The sea current with shallow areas offer ideal conditions for kite surfing. Anglers also have a paradise on the Eiersberger See. The surrounding forests also invite to go for walks and bike rides.
