The apartment of 52 m2 consists of a spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and a large bathroom with bathtub. It is equipped with air conditioning and all amenities. The place is distinguished by the omnipresent greenery, which even pours into the apartment through wide terrace windows. Guests can relax by taking a walk in the nearby Solacki Park - the Green Lungs of Poznan, where nature invites you to stop for a moment and breathe fully. For those seeking peace and quiet, the apartment offers a private terrace, where being surrounded by greenery you can drink your morning coffee, listening to the birds singing and forgetting that you are still in the center of Poznan. For business travelers, the apartment will offer a moment of respite and allow you to recharge your batteries for further activities. A private parking space on the property and proximity to public transportation are other advantages of this apartment. Together with the whole team we are trying our best to prepare the apartment for your arrival. At your request, we will additionally equip the apartment with a crib with a set of bedding and a table for your child. For this addition, a one-time fee of 100 PLN for the entire stay will apply. Your pets are always welcome in our apartment! However, we would like to remind you that there is a one-time surcharge of 100zl for bringing your dog or cat. I will immodestly say that you probably could not hit a better location.... Close to the center of Poznan (even walking), yet surrounded by greenery. Terrace overlooking the garden, but also the beautiful Sołacki Park with numerous ponds and streams and the intimate Adam Wodziczki Park, both literally across the street. Whatever the purpose of your visit, we encourage you to find a moment to stroll through the nearby Sołacki Park, where you can often enjoy a delicious cup of coffee from the "bicycle cafe." - intrigued? check it out for yourself ;) For breakfast, drop by the atmospheric Petit Paris, lunch can be had Italian-style at Trattoria Milano, and for dinner the homey French Connection is perfect - all within a 3-5 minute walk. Oh, and you must find a place and time for the iconic Poznan ice cream at the Traditional Ice Cream Factory on Koscielna Street.
