Property information

A charming village in the center of the Drawsko Lake District. In the area there are dense forests, lakes with clean waters, numerous hiking and cycling trails. The holiday resort is intimate, with a family character (only 3 holiday apartments). Spacious (up to 110 m2) and comfortable apartment on the first floor. It consists of 3 rooms: a living room and 2 bedrooms. The living room has a sofa bed, TV, table and fireplace. There is an open kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Heating both with a fireplace and thanks to electric heaters (electricity consumption for heating is additionally payable). A holiday resort on a well-kept plot with a garden and an orchard. There is a restored house with apartments and the owners' house. There are prepared relaxation areas with benches and tables under an umbrella. There is a place for a bonfire with a grill. A playground awaits the youngest. Hammocks are hung in the orchard. The washing machine is available for a fee, on weekends. There is a parking lot. The price of your stay includes: bed linen, towels, final cleaning, water and electricity consumption (except for electricity used for electric heating), parking. The village of Gronowo near Z?ocieniec (shops, cafes and restaurants), between two lakes (first class water purity). The attraction of the village is the breeding of fallow deer and roe deer, which can be observed up close. Lake Siecino, located approx. 5-6 km from the resort, offers the possibility of bathing, sailing and diving. On site, it is possible to rent water equipment. The local diving base conducts diving courses (you can also rent equipment). Anglers should also be happy here, because almost all species of lake fish can be found here. The lake is covered by a silence zone (no motor engines). Lake Do?gie is even closer, with a wild beach and the possibility of fishing (pike, perch, bream).
