Please note that Willa Vera has no reception. Guests are kindly requested to contact the apartment prior to arrival in order to arrange a check-in and key collection.
The office is located at Nowotarska 25 Street, but the keys are delivered to the apartment location.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Willa Vera Zakopane in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of 400 zł is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
