Power outages are not uncommon after storm or hurricane. We constantly improving our hotel. solar panels and Tesla power wall back up power plan are getting installed soon. but we Can Not guarantee there won't be any interruptions during your stay. If there is power outage before you arrival we will inform you as soon as we can, you can chose to get full refund and find new accommodation or stay, if you stay and experienced power outage more than 12 hours in our hotel, you will get a 25% refund automatically for that day No exceptions!
