Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This condo is perfect for some relaxing time or just have fun with family and friends. First floor apartment suitable for all family members. Aquatika has 5 pools, Lazy river, pool slide (saturdays and sundays) 2 tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball, mini golf, BBQ facilities, 3 play yard. A car is recommended as UBER service or public transportation is limited around the complex.

Located only 30 minutes away from the San Juan International Airport, accessible through a scenic route following the ocean line or a modern expressway, in the town of Loiza. Away from the noise and hustle of the city but within minutes of shopping malls, golf courses, restaurants and world famous tourist attractions such as El Yunque Rainforest & Luquillo Beach. Best way to get around make sure to rent a car. Local restaurants, shoping centers, Walmart and Canovanas Outlets Mall are 18 minutes away. Great location. The unit has two assigned parking spaces located near the apartment.
