Pet fee is $25.00. It must be paid directly to the property. It can be by cash app, ATH mobile or Zelle. Currently it is the only way to pay for pets please notify us when booking that a pet will be staying at the property.
We want to clarify that this reservation is for a complete house or apartment. Although the page will indicate that it is a room, it is the entire house or apartment for you and you are not sharing rooms with other guests.

A damage deposit of US$50 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
