Launch your vacation experience in this 2-bed, 1-bath rental spot where you can enjoy the fresh breeze and warm weather - perfect for family, friends and couples. Stay close to the places you want to visit: Isla Verde, Condado, La Placita among other tourist and daily life must see places.

You will be staying in quiet, safe and centrally-located apartment just outside San Juan city and 5 minutes from our SJU International Airport. This cozy apartment is convenient in both locality and proximity to our most visited beaches and night life experience. We are just 7 minutes from Isla Verde and 10 minutes from Condado where you will find a variety of restaurants, hotels and our most claimed beaches from our northern coast. If you are up for a Roadtrip, you will be staying close to highway 66 where it can take you to our east side of the island in just 45 minutes. You will have a designated parking lot right in front of the apartment, facing the stairs. If you have an additional vehicle, any free space available in front or near the apartment would be just fine to use. Around the corner you have a gas station and a supermarket called SuperMax where you can do all your groceries for your stay.
