This beautifully renovated third-floor apartment features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy balcony with stunning marina views, and a private laundry room with a washer and dryer. Assigned parking is conveniently located right in front of the building. The apartment is perfectly suitable for up to 5 guests. Each room has air conditioning, including the living room. Beach essentials are provided, and a variety of board games, TV, and Wi-Fi are available in case you just want to relax and unwind. Also, the apartment is equipped with a battery backup system to keep essential power running during outages, so you don't have to worry.

Guests will have access to the complete apartment except the supply room. One designated parking spot in front of the apartment and additional parking in the visitor's area of the lot.
