Come relax at your private Ocean Front resort. It has all the best amenities, Private Pool, water fall, water slide, jacuzzi bubbles, Oceanfront solar heated hot tub, fire pit, very large bbq patio area with TV, stereo, tennis & pickle ball court (free equipment included) oceanfront deck inside a fully walled 1 acre estate. Free Paddle board and Kayak available onsite or take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! AC in every room, cistern, washer and dryer onsite as well. All guests on a reservation will be required to present ID/Passport at the time of booking, no exceptions. THERE IS NO OPTION TO PAY FOR A RESERVATION AT THE PROPERTY. All reservations are paid in full at the time of booking request.
TNJ Vacation Rentals is our company, we only have 1 Property and so far we love hosting visitors to Puerto Rico! We also like to travel and meet new people and experience different cultures. Anything on the beach or in the water is good for us. History also fascinates me as well. Self check in is available anytime but we prefer to welcome you to the house to do a walk through an explaining the details on how the house and amenities work. Available all the time through inbox app messaging, or personal phone in case of an emergency related to the house. If not please call 911
Secluded location with private access and directly in front of the Atlantic Ocean. Amazing ocean wave sounds and views 24/7. Directly in front is a protected marine sanctuary. The property is in a gated access controlled urbanization at the entrance and a private house gate as well. Full access to entire 1 acre property, except the garage. Located near multiple restaurants with local Puerto Rican food, close to a blue flag beach Puerto Nuevo, Los Tubos surf beach and Mar Chiquita. Highly recommended to rent a car to move around in Puerto Rico. Uber is not available outside of the metro area and taxis will be expensive. • Distance from San Juan Airport (SJU) to Vega Baja 1hr • Distance from Aguadilla (BQN) to Vega Baja 1.5 - 2 Hr We have a guidebook with recommendations for local restaurants and tourist attractions.
