This property is one of the newest additions to the SOKZO Company. It has been newly remodeled with all new appliances. All three units have a three bedroom, one bathroom layout and they all have access to the coveted Rooftop, the buildings main attraction.

This property is located in the Miramar/Santurce neighborhood, a great location to be in. You'll find yourself in a very central spot of the city, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, work spaces, and even supermarkets. You'll also be a short ride away from important locations, such as the airport or the San Juan Convention Center and also a short ride away from tourist attractions, such as Ocean Park, Condado, and Old San Juan.
