The house has been recently restored, has a private garden, which allows a lot of freedom in its use, and having all the facilities for the current and modern requirements. It stands out the large living room, and the great versatility of the spaces. Very important is the excellent location, near the swimming pools of the furnas (about 300mts), the diving center and all the facilities of São Roque do Pico. The house has a wonderful view of Pico Mountain, which is changing all the time, sometimes revealing itself in its splendor, sometimes with cloud ornaments around it, acquiring supernatural scenery and great beauty.
We want to value the property and the whole region, for the respect and usufruct of its very special culture and identity, and for the awareness that we are surrounded by an absolutely unique natural environment. We love Pico, where we normally spend our vacations.
Welcome to Pico Island, The Pico Mountain Nature Reserve, as you will be able to verify, it is a unique place where nature is totally preserved, and the cultural and human identity characteristics of the Azores are remain intouchable. You can have activities related to the Sea, whales sightseeing, underwater fishing, snorkeling, boat trip, or simply get to know the dozens of pools and natural spots around the Island. On the other hand, the relationship with the Mountain stands out, being the highest point in Portugal, a place of worship for mountaineering, volcanology and discovery of the famous lava mysteries.
