The Algarve property is a 3-minute drive from the beach and features an outdoor swimming pool, with a children’s area. The resort’s units all feature a private entrance, safe, wardrobe, private bathroom, satellite TV, fully-equipped kitchenette and dining area. The villa also has a patio, terrace and views of the sea and garden. Guests are welcome to prepare their meals at their own leisure in the unit’s kitchenette, equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and cutlery. Outdoor barbecue facilities are also available. The Albufeira city centre is 1 km away and features many restaurant options, serving the local fish-based cuisine. The large swimming pool is located in the garden of the resort and is surrounded by a spacy terrace with sun loungers, for a relaxing after-swim break. Property information

The Bem Parece apartments are a small, family-friendly local accommodation, ideal for couples, and/or families with children looking for tranquility. Amenities and toilet paper are only provided on the day of arrival, remaining days at the guests' expense. The apartment does not have daily cleaning, only towels are changed every 4 days and sheets are changed weekly. Please be advised that Check-ins after 11pm have an additional cost of 20.00Eur paid in cash. We ask that we inform you of your arrival time in advance. If we do not have this information, we may have to wait up to 1 hour for the person responsible. Check-ins after midnight are not accepted. If you require an invoice with the tax number requested when making the reservation. If this information is not received in a timely manner, the invoice will be issued as a Final Consumer without any form of change (in accordance with the provisions of the current article) We ask for deposit with a minimum value of 200.00 euros in cash or credit card. In case of booking the Monthly Rate, please note that the necessary deposit will be the extra value of a monthly rent. Please note that electricity will be paid separately. Please note that this unit doesn't have reception.
