To maintain the tranquillity of the neighbourhood we do not allow parties/loud noise. This beautiful traditional 4 bedroom villa is located in the urbanization "Colinas Verdes"; the Green Hills and describes perfectly its location. The villa is located just 9,2 km (5,75mi) from the touristic coastal town of Lagos. This comfortable villa, has a private kidney shaped 10m pool and 2,000 sqm mediterranean style garden. The villa has something for everyone to enjoy a perfect and peaceful holiday. HOUSE RULES We do not allow parties & events. Our definition of a party is: loud music/music systems, screaming, yelling, noise & excessive alcohol consumption. We also have a no smoking policy inside the house. A noise reduction is required after 22:00 (quiet hours) We do not allow pets. GUEST INTERACTION We are available from 08:00-21:00.

STAFF & SERVICES: The following services are included and free of charge during your stay: An initial cleaning service, garden & pool maintenance. We provide free extra cleaning one time per week for guests who stay for 14 days or longer.
