Fruit trees surround this area which also features a sunny terrace. The location is a 21-minute drive from Seia, which includes the second highest point in Portugal. Seia also has the only natural ski slopes in the Portuguese region. It is a 58-minute drive from Manteigas, in the centre of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park and a 70-minute drive from the historical city of Viseu. The Casas da Nascente is a 2-hour drive from the Porto International Airport.
